BLAME for the 7 February gas incident that resulted in 370 community health harm complaints being logged has been laid at the door of Foskor.

Results of an independent investigation instigated by the Richards Bay Clean Air Association (RBCAA), which received the outraged complaints, were released this week.

The incident left residents – including a large number of Richards Bay High School learners, choking, retching, dizzy, nauseous, vomiting, with burning eyes and throats, and many requiring medical attention.
